I am a professional beauty makeup and FX artist for the film, television, live event and print industry with over 20 years of experience. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, I began my career at the age of 18 after attending Joe Blasco and The Institute of Studio Makeup. After makeup school, I gratefully worked as an apprentice for Stan Winston on and off for 3 years, where I continued to study and perfect my special effects skills and learn proper on-set etiquette.Today, after being on numerous sets both big and small, I specialize in HD makeup for all types of freelance media and with my skills as an artist I am fortunate to have an eclectic range of work on a daily basis.
Some of my film credits include: Terminator, Aliens, Invaders from Mars, You Can’t Hurry Love and most recently, the Ron Howard short film, When You Find Me, which was filmed entirely on a prototype of Canon’s new C300 and directed by Bryce Dallas-Howard.
I have crewed countless television shows, national and local commercials, news media spots, sport shows, webseries and print advertising for NBC, HBO, ESPN, QVC, CBS, CNN, the Food Network, Telemundo, Mercedes-Benz and AFLAC to name just a few.
I have also built a large corporate client base that includes Microsoft, Qualcomm, Jenny Craig, Cisco Systems, Capitol Records, Tupperware, Hewlett-Packard, Mary Kay Cosmetics, X-Box and 24-Hour Fitness.
